If you receive a product from us that is damaged or broken, please give us a call, or an email within 14 days of receiving your order. We love to make our valued customers awesomely happy before, during and after the sale.
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free exchanges or returns. When you call or email our Customer Care center, you will get in touch with this pretty cool lady named Nancy. Next, you two will briefly discuss what the item is, and the reason for the return or exchange.
The next steps:
1) Package your items carefully and send them out through your local post office to ensure they can arrive safely.
2) We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. I'm sorry, but we cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Pritty Much Unlimited LLC/DBA I AM of this - originally or after the fact. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. If, however, you are returning a product with a defect in workmanship, that we are replacing and sending back to you, we will not charge you for the shipping cost on the new item.
3) Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: clearance, swimwear, personal care items, food and accessories (except scarves and bags).
4) Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, dirty, smell like smoke, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the original purchase and also the returned packages are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
***If you have not received your refund within 10 days....do these things before you call us to inquire.
